Calvin's mannerisms and conducts are worrying. He seems to be losing interest in school yet he is in the 8th grade. There is concern that he might follow the same actions that were undertaken by his older sister Alyssa who dropped out of school at the age of 16 years. Calvin is also involved with bad friends who use foul language. In addition, his last report from school indicated that he was failing. Owing to Rachel's busy schedule, she has not obtained information on his progress from school. Goal: Take more time to assess Calvin's behavior and progress.

Alyssa is 12 weeks pregnant. The main concern is that she will not be able to take care of the infant with such minimal pay. Her boyfriend, Bobby, seems to be cheating on her and due to the baby, she will be forced to move out. Goal: Provide advice to Alyssa on what she needs to do.
